How to register with us
Registering as a new patient in four steps
Please arrange your registration time in advance by e‑mail or phone. You come at the agreed time and do not have to wait in a full waiting room.
When we register
We register patients daily from 8:00 until the end of office hours, and on Thursdays during the entire office hours:
- Monday8:00 - 12:00
- Tuesday8:00 - 13:00
- Wednesday8:00 - 12:00
- Thursday12:00 - 16:00
- Friday8:00 - 11:00
Before your visit, please check the current announcements to make sure the clinic is open that day.
What to bring
- Your ID card
- Your health insurance card
Anyone with valid health insurance in the Slovak Republic can register. The clinic has contracts with Všeobecná zdravotná poisťovňa, Union and Dôvera.
What we arrange at the clinic
At the clinic we sign an agreement on the provision of health care with you. We request your medical records from your previous general practitioner ourselves, so you do not have to obtain or bring them.
After registering, you book examinations the same way, by e‑mail or phone. The office hours schedule is on the home page.
